Prize Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the prize platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering an account or using any of the services offered.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the prize platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the entirety of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are not permitted to use the prize platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the prize platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

The prize platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from using such services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the prize platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to update that information whenever changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. prize will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Users are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. prize shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Prize reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration.
Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
Misuse of the platform, including attempts to manipulate systems, commit payment fraud, or disrupt platform operations.
Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
Any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.

Should your account be closed for any of the reasons above, any remaining balance may be subject to further review before a withdrawal is approved.

Platform Usage Rules

By using the prize platform, users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or damaging to the reputation of others.
Sharing or transferring an account to a third party without prior written consent from prize.
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.

Prize reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws. Such monitoring is carried out solely for the purposes of platform security and integrity.

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the prize platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. prize does not accept transactions made using credit cards or accounts belonging to a third party without authorisation.

Deposit

Deposits to your prize account can be made via supported local payment methods, including e-wallets such as GrabPay and Touch 'n Go, as well as online banking through FPX. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in your account dashboard. Successful deposits are typically credited instantly; however, prize is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet operators.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your prize account will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. prize reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. prize is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank account details provided by the user.

Suspicious Transactions

Prize reserves the right to withhold, investigate, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws. In such cases, the relevant funds may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The prize platform is provided on an "as is" basis and prize makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, prize shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss.

Users acknowledge that all gambling and betting activities carry financial risk. prize does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the prize platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of prize or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from prize.

Third-Party Links

The prize platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. prize does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Prize reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the prize platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from these terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
